Contact Us
Please use the form below whenever possible — it’s the most efficient way for us to receive and track your request.
Phone (Voice/Text): (385) 355-1013 — see notes below
Fax: (866) 885-4075
(digital-hosted; retained because some archives and courthouses still occasionally use fax. Note — overall usage of fax communication has dramatically declined; therefore, this service will be phased out when the current contract ends around August 2027, at which point the number will be retired.)
Our phone lines are typically open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MT), excluding Utah state and U.S. federal holidays.
I encourage you to text or email first, as it’s often easier to capture the details of your request in writing. That said, I'm happy to accommodate those who prefer to call, or whose research needs are best discussed initially by phone. For the best service, please schedule calls in advance. This ensures I can give your call my full attention, be at my computer to take proper notes, and avoid unnecessary repetition. On occasion, I may be out running errands or conducting research for clients in locations where I cannot take calls. If you do call unscheduled, please prepare for me fumbling around and asking you to repeat yourself more than you’d probably like (and rest assured, the feeling will likely be mutual). I value efficiency and don’t want to waste your time with duplicate effort.
I look forward to serving you!
