Our Process:
Having spent years working in research project management, our director has developed a system based on his observation of project workflow where he has done work. He knows well what works and what does not work in producing successful projects.
Every project we do undergoes the following:
Preliminary Analysis and Planning:
We strive to work with you to ensure your project has a specific, realistic, and achievable goal before we start our work for you.
We endeavor to review prior research to ensure we are not reinventing the wheel on your dime, which is something not all professionals do. We have seen way too many projects that turned out to be a complete waste of the client's money because the answer to the problem was already well documented online. Our goal is not to have that happen to your project.
We seek out all available finding aids, indexes, databases, published research so that we can work on your problem as efficiently as possible.
Client Oriented Research:
We research based on your definition of success. We do our best not to waste time on research tasks that are not within your interest scope. You are ultimately the boss of your research project; this is not always the case with other companies.
We will find quality research specialists specifically for your problem, and always, not all professionals do that.
We strive to ensure both the client and the research specialists assigned to a given project are aware of each other's expectations and outlooks on success prospects. Not all professional research service companies do that.
Diligent Post-Research Review:
Our review team goes over the work our research specialists produce. We critically evaluate their usage of your hard-earned research dollars and endeavor to have reasonable addressable defects resolved before presenting their findings.
Client Defined Products:
Whether you want everything on your preferred online tree, or just entered into a private database, we can handle it for you. You can even elect to have us do none of that; either way, you decide what form your project's results will be.
We will not waste time creating reports and charts, if you do not want them. We do advise authorizing us to write up your research to make it easier explaining to future researchers and inquiries what our team did for you. Ultimately, your wishes are our command.

While our research director specializes in Scandinavian (ICAPGen Accredation in Sweden), English, and United States genealogical research, we can research virtually anywhere, utilizing qualified associate researchers.
Our research director hires the researchers best suited for filling each individual customer's needs- Our research director does the searching, vetting, negotiating, dealing, and paying of the researchers involved in each project, which takes time, skill, and savvy to accomplish. His clients merely compensate our company for the time spent by himself, or a delegated associate to work with and pay the professional researchers suitable for filling a given client's needs. He is your personal, professional shopper; what your money buys under his guidance often will be better than what his customers could have done on their own. He saves our customers time, energy, stress, and money.
