Unless the user agreements provided by the third party requiring online accounts desired to forbid the use of a proxy in the process of entering into contracts in the means specified by said third party. The privacy policies of Find My Family Genealogy are not inclusive of the privacy policies of third parties. Informed consent will be sought whenever third party privacy policy does not allow or provide for terms of privacy sent by the client to Find My Family Genealogy in writing. If a client does not agree to the conditions needed to enable the rendering of the services contracted by them with Find My Family Genealogy, the service contract shall be rendered void; an immediate refund shall be issued.
